  • What is a sports massage?

    Sports massage therapy is a targeted form of bodywork focused on improving athletic performance, reducing muscle tension, increasing mobility, and accelerating recovery from training or injury. It combines deep tissue work, stretching, and movement based techniques.

  • Who can benefit from sports massage?

    Athletes of all levels - from weekend warriors to professional- as well as individuals with chronic pain, limited mobility, postural issues, or those recovering from an injury can benefit.

  • Do I have to be an athlete to receive treatment?

    Not at all! While its called “sports” massage, anyone who experiences muscle tightness, pain, stress, or movement restrictions can benefit from sessions.

  • What conditions do you treat?

    Common conditions included (but are not limited to):

    Runners Knee | Plantar fasciitis | Shin splints | Low back pain | Neck & shoulder tension | Hip tightness | Rotator cuff pain | Post-workout soreness | Mobility restrictions | Post-op ROM

  • Do you accept insurance?

    Currently, we do not bill insurance. We are a cash-based performance and recovery wellness center. HSA/FSA cards may be accepted.

  • Should I do anything before my appointment?

    We recommend:

    Drinking water, wearing appropriate comfortable athletic clothing, avoiding intense workouts right before your session (if possible)
