Do I have to be an athlete to receive treatment?
Not at all. While it's called "sports" massage, anyone who experiences muscle tightness, pain, stress, or movement restrictions can benefit from sessions. The name refers to the technique, not who it's for.

Currently, we do not bill insurance. We are a cash-based performance and recovery wellness center. HSA/FSA cards may be accepted.
Should I do anything before my appointment?
We recommend drinking water beforehand, wearing comfortable athletic clothing, and avoiding intense workouts right before your session if possible. That's all you need to do — we'll handle the rest.
